<p class="Paragraph"><help:help-id value="HID_OFA_CHAOS_FORM_NEWTEXTFORM" xmlns:help="http://openoffice.org/2000/help"/><help:help-id value="HID_OFA_CHAOS_FORM_NEWCALCFORM" xmlns:help="http://openoffice.org/2000/help"/><help:help-id value="HID_OFA_CHAOS_FORM_NEWIMPRESSFORM" xmlns:help="http://openoffice.org/2000/help"/><help:help-text value="visible" xmlns:help="http://openoffice.org/2000/help">If you select <help:link Id="67587">Text document</help:link>, <help:link Id="66771">Spreadsheet</help:link> or <help:link Id="67133">Presentation</help:link>, you must create the form manually. An empty document of the respective type will open. The <help:link Id="66036">form functions</help:link> enable you to design a form in the desired document.</help:help-text></p>
<p class="Paragraph"><help:help-id value="HID_OFA_CHAOS_FORM_NEWTEMPLATEFORM" xmlns:help="http://openoffice.org/2000/help"/><help:help-text value="visible" xmlns:help="http://openoffice.org/2000/help">If you select the <span class="T1">From template</span> command, the <help:link Id="68342" Eid="neudialog"><span class="T1">New</span></help:link> dialog will appear. This dialog enables you to select a template, which you can use as a starting point to create the form.</help:help-text> Insert the desired form functions and save the new form.</p>
<p class="Paragraph">Selecting the <help:link Id="66137" xmlns:help="http://openoffice.org/2000/help">AutoPilot</help:link> command displays a wizard that will lead you through the steps of the remaining procedure for creating a new form.</p>
<p class="Paragraph"><help:help-text value="hide" xmlns:help="http://openoffice.org/2000/help">Enter the name for the object to be saved. After you press <span class="T1">OK </span>the object will appear under its new name in the respective database's container</help:help-text>. If the form is created in a text, table or presentation document, the first time you save it, you'll see the <span class="T1">Save as</span> dialog where you have to enter a name for the form to be saved. After you click <span class="T1">OK</span>, the corresponding entry will appear for the new form in the form container of the database.</p>
<p class="Paragraph">If you use the AutoPilot to create a new form, the form is saved as soon as you click the<span class="T1">Create</span> button on the last page of the assistant. <text:s text:c="" xmlns:text="http://openoffice.org/2000/text"/>The form then likewise appears under its name in the "links" container of the data source.</p>
